Preorders & Returns
Because our products are made to order, returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you receive a flawed, damaged, or incorrect product, please email us at info@aliveform.bio within 7 days of delivery to arrange return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your return, and the issue is confirmed, you may choose between:
Refund – Processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Replacement – We will prioritize production of your replacement pair and aim to ship it within 1 month.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work quickly to evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges for Size
If your item does not fit, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
You will be responsible for the return shipping.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Once we confirm the returned condition, we will begin production of your new size and ship it as soon as it is ready.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@aliveform.bio.
