Refund Policy

Due to the nature of preorders, returns will not be accepted unless there are flaws with the product.  

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Only applicable for footwear, in the event that the size does not fit, it is possible to return in exchange for the right size. You will be responsible for the return shipment and after confirming that the items is in unused and unworn condition we will then proceed with production and shipping of the required shoe.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@aliveform.bio.

About sales price

The sales price will be the displayed amount (display price/consumption tax excluded). Depending on the country, there might be sales tax that you will need to pay to the local tax office. This term is also explained on each individual product page.

Please note that a shipping fee of 30 USD (including tax) will be charged.

Timing and method of payment (consideration)

Special terms for returns

All products are inspected before shipping, but in the unlikely event that the product is defective, we will exchange it. Otherwise, due to the nature of pre-orders, we cannot accept returns.
Also, please note that the exchange period will be within 7 days from the receipt of the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or refunds due to the customer's convenience.

Delivery time of services or goods

After receiving your pre-order (after confirming your payment), we will start production and ship out the order. Timing will be as stated in the product description.(average of 4-6 weeks)
In rare cases, it may take more time, but please note that in that case, we will inform you of the shipping date and time on our Instagram or email.
